It takes a bookhorse to raise one, and Cadance assisted so she assistantly reads? It's something like that, I'm sure.

Way back in my day, back in season 2, when Cadance first came out I, like many others, enjoyed the pair of episodes she was introduced in, while not necessarily being okay with a brand new alicorn being pushed into the show for obvious marketing reasons, not to mention Twilight suddenly having an older brother, poof.  While those reactions are definitely old hat by now, especially in comparison to Twilight's alicornness, I can't help but wonder what would the show be like if they'd stayed closer to the original setup.

Still, Cadance gets some love.
